The bill (Reg. No. 0015) aims at creating legislative basis for enactment of the EU-Ukraine Agreement to amend Visa Facilitation Agreement between Ukraine and the European Community, signed on July 23, 2012, by approval of this international agreement by the Verkhovna Rada.
The Committee stressed that the implementation of the Agreement will contribute to further liberalization of the visa regime with the European Union, development of contacts between Ukraine and the EU member states, creation of the foundation for the future introduction by the EU party visa-free regime for citizens of Ukraine.
