The bill (Reg. No. 1109) suggests amending section “Final Provisions” of the Law “On Restoring a Debtor's Solvency or Recognizing It Bankrupt” in regard to prolongation of moratorium on filing a petition for bankruptcy of mining enterprises, whose share in the statuary funds is not les then 25 per cent, until January 1, 2015.

Committee members drew attention to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat stating that starting form 18.01.2013, the law operates in a new version.
