The bill (Reg. No. 1093) suggests legalize private detective activity as a type of entrepreneur activity and establish its basic legal principles.
Committee members drew attention to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, where it was said that the bill is worthy of support, however, some of its provisions call for comments and suggestions.
As was noted during the meeting, certain provisions of the bill require technical and legal refinement. The respective decision was referred to the specialized committee.
