Under the document, the Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare and refer to the Parliament informational and analytical materials on the issue of parliamentary hearings, as well as the respective suggestions; the Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and International Relations and the Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice are to ensure preparation and holding of hearings.
The Resolution includes also a number of instructions to other organizations and institutions.
