The bill (Reg. No. 2197) proposes amendments to the article 55 of the Budget Code, supplementing the second part which determined the list of protected expenditure of general fund of the State Budget with expenditures on nature-reserve fund. It is proposed also to supplement it with new part, predicting the protection of expenditures of special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine, directed on preserving of nature-reserve fund.
According to the members of the Committee, implementation of the draft law provisions will facilitate the preserving of biological multiplicity on the objects and territories of nature-reserve fund of nationwide importance: natural and biosphere reserves, national nature parks, zoos, botanical gardens and arboretums.
