The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law “To amend several laws of Ukraine regarding names of national commissions exercising state regulation in the sphere of securities market and financial services market”

The bill (Reg. No. 0969) suggests amending the following laws: “On Banks and Banking”, “On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Market”, “On Insurance”, “On Securities and Stock Market”, “On Non-State Pension Provision”, “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”, “On the collection and accounting of single contribution for mandatory state social insurance” and several others in order to normalize the names of commissions exercising state regulation in the sphere of securities market and financial services market.
