The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should withdraw the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Enforcement Proceedings” (preserving the rights of property of the debtor for a single dwelling and the land on which it is located)

The bill (Reg. No. 1048) proposes to amend the Articles 52 and 63 of the Law “On Enforcement Proceeding”.

The Committee deems that the proposed changes are not consistent with the law, and will facilitate evasion of debtors, as a result, it will create obstacles in restoring the legitimate interests and rights of creditors.
