The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re introduction of measures of criminal-law character on legal persons)

The Bill (Reg. No. 2032) presupposes to apply on legal persons “measures of criminal-law character.”

The project proposes to supplement the General part of the Criminal Code with a new section XIV1 "Measures of criminal-law character on legal persons", to amend the Criminal Procedural Code, the Law "On safety of persons involved in criminal proceedings" and "On the Prevention and Combating of Corruption".

After the reviewing the Committee recommends that the Parliament should adopt the bill as a basis.
