The bill (Reg. No. 2143) suggests the amendments to the article 60 of the Commercial and article 105 of the Civil Code of Ukraine that presupposes the limitation of the deadline for submission of creditors’ applications of their demands to judicial person, which is terminated from six to three months.
According to people’s deputies, the implementation of the project will provide simplification of the termination procedure of judicial persons and individuals-entrepreneurs by means of limitation of the deadline for submission of creditors’ demands to judicial person, which is terminated, and individual-entrepreneur who terminate his/her entrepreneur activity.
