The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law to amend article 99 of the Administrative Code of Ukraine (re period for appeal of regulatory legal acts)

The bill (Reg. No. 1150) was elaborated to make it possible to appeal the existing regulatory legal acts.

For this purpose it is suggested supplement article 99 of the Administrative Code of Ukraine with the provision according to which, the concept of limitation of action shall not apply to cases of appealing the existing regulatory legal acts.

Implementation of the bill provisions shall promote adherence to the rights and freedoms of a person in Ukraine, as well as development of civil society in Ukraine.
