The bill (Reg. No. 0917) proposes amendments to the laws “On Collection and Recording of the Single Contribution to the Mandatory State Social Insurance” and "On Mandatory State Pension Insurance.”
The Committee noted that the fees are paid only in UAH. The bill provides possibility for the Ukrainian citizens, who lived or work abroad, to pay in foreign currency. The mechanism is the following:
money are transferred into the appropriate bank account;
bank converts them into UAH, gaining respective commission;
money are transferred into the account of the Pension Fund;
The Committee decided to approve the comparative table and recommend the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the bill in the second hearing and in entirety.
