The bill (Reg. No. 1249) aims at simplification and cheapening of the procedure for state registration of small business entities by opening an account to conduct entrepreneur activity in the state owned bank institution by a natural person intending to conduct entrepreneurial activities.
It was noted that the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat does not uphold the bill, for it contains a number of shortcomings.
It was stressed during the meeting of the Committee that the issue of simplification of the procedure for state registration of small business entities should be resolved by making systematic amendments to the existing Law “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Natural Persons”.
