The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat Valentyn Zaichuk participated in the flower laying ceremony to the monument of Taras Shevchenko on the occasion of his 199^th birth anniversary

Government officials, people’s deputies of Ukraine, representatives of Kyiv City Council, public and cultural figures also participated in the ceremony.
