“With profound sorrow did Ukrainian members of Parliament and I personally accept the news concerning death of people in the Mexico City in the result of skyscraper explosion,” the telegrams read.

On behalf of people’s deputies of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveys sincere words of support to the near and dear ones of the bereaved and wishes rapid recovery to the injured.
