The bill to amend the laws “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” and “On Central Bodies of Executive Power” (re activity of ministries and central bodies of executive power) (Reg. No. 0870) is planned to be considered in the second reading.
The Committee has also to prepare the bill to amend several laws of Ukraine regarding social protection of homeless persons (Reg. No. 0869) for the second reading.
The following bills are planned to be prepared for the first reading: “On the Capital of Ukraine – Hero City Kyiv” (Reg. No.No. 1032 – 1032-3); “On Election of the People’s Deputies of Ukraine” (Reg. No.No. 1035 – 1035-2); the bill to amend the Law “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” (re settling the issue of organization of work of the Government) (Reg. No. 1207); the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re principles of cadre policy in legislative and executive power, as well as law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine) (Reg. No. 2004), etc.
The Committee’s working plan stipulates visiting sessions on the issues of “Problems of legislative support of rights and interests of local self-government in the sphere of land relations” (February 2013, village of Buzova, Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district, Kyiv region); consideration of draft laws that aim at amending the Law "On Elections of the People's Deputies of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea, Local Councils and Village, Township and City Mayors" (April 2013, city of Ivano-Frankivsk) and “Sevastopol – city, region. Its legal status in the Ukrainian legislation” (June 2012, city of Sevastopol).
The Committee plans also to hold several round table discussions.
