act supplements part four of article 34 (Head and Deputy Head of the Committee)
of the Law “On the Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” determining
that when the number of committee members is 10 or less, one deputy head of the
committee is elected; when the committee consists of 11 to 20 members, first
deputy head and deputy head of the committee are elected; when the number of
committee members exceeds 20, first deputy head and two deputy heads of the
committee are elected, with the following sentence: “Deviations from these
requirements are allowed if composition of the committees is formed according
to article 16 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine within
funds provided by the financial estimate of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”.
