The European course of development aimed at the European standards of activity of the law enforcement bodies commits us to strengthening guarantees of legality, fighting manifestations of crime, creating effective legislation, as well as bringing functions and authorities of public prosecution bodies in line with European standards.
We can confidently state today that public prosecution bodies of Ukraine are persistently and consistently directing their activity at consolidating these fundamental principles.
