News 2 - The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law “To amend the Law of Ukraine “"On the estimation of property, property rights and professional valuation activities in Ukraine” and several other legislative acts on estimation of property and land appraisal (re broadening access to the profession of estimator) - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 11434) suggests broadening access to the profession of estimator through excluding from current laws the provision regarding mandatory internship and positive recommendation from internship director needed to obtain qualification of an estimator.

In respect that the bill is of technical character, the Committee decided to recommend the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt it as a basis and in entirety.
