The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend the Law “On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere” re limitation of interference into the activity of economic agents

The bill (Reg. No. 11351) amends the Law "On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) inthe Economic Sphere" by specifying: the procedure for comprehensive performance of planned state supervision measures; the procedure to cease manufacture and sale of products, performance of works, and provision of services by economic agents; the condition for taking unscheduled measures of state supervision (control).
