The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill on amendments to clause 85 of the Budget Code of Ukraine (re financial support of higher medical education establishments and graduate medical education institution)

The bill (Reg. No. 8793) authorizes the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local state administrations, executive bodies of the local councils, and village mayors to make expenditures from budgets of different levels within the financial period to place the following establishments in the communal health care institutions: structural subdivisions of the higher education institutions of I-IV accreditation levels; graduate institutions; state-owned research institutions which provide education in the sphere of public health (education, research activity and clinical care).
