The bill (Reg. No.
11266) suggests amending laws “On Collection and Recording of the Single
Contribution to the Mandatory State Social Insurance” and "On Mandatory
State Pension Insurance", thus resolving the issue pertaining to payment
of single contribution to the Pension Fund of Ukraine in foreign currency by
enterprises, institutions and organizations (including international) located
beyond the territory
of Ukraine. As well as
payment of the abovementioned contribution by the citizens of Ukraine that work or permanently reside outside Ukraine,
according to the agreements on voluntary participation in the system of mandatory
state social insurance.
