The following laws were adopted in entirety:
“On amendments to appendix No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” (re redistribution between budgetary programs of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine)
The law stipulates redistribution of state budget expenditures between budgetary programs within general amount of budgetary allocations, predetermined by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the executive in charge of budgetary programs), without amending general figures of state budget expenditures.
The respective bill was registered under No.11389.
“On amendments to the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” (re financing housing and utilities sector reform program)
The Law aims at ensuring effective use of funds stipulated in the state budget for 2012 to implement the national program of reform and development of the housing and utilities sector for 2009-2014.
Legislative act supplements Final Provisions of the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” with a separate provision suspending, up to December 31, 2012, the fifth part of section VII "Financial security of program implementation" of the national program of reform and development of the housing and utilities sector for 2009-2014, adopted by the Law “On the national program of reform and development of the housing and utilities sector for 2009-2014”.

“On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine re expanding tools to influence monetary market”
Amending the Commercial Code of Ukraine and the laws “On the National Bank of Ukraine”, "On Foreign Economic Activity" and “On the order of payment in foreign currency”, the law entitles the National Bank to introduce mandatory sale of part of foreign exchange earnings for the benefit of residents of Ukraine for the term up to six month and change the due dates for import and export operations.
The respective bill was adopted with consideration of proposals of the specialized parliamentary committee and registered under No. 11033.
“To Amend the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” re settling debts on tariff difference for heating energy for the citizens
The law allocates funds for settlement of debts on tariff difference for heating energy thatwas produced, transported and provided to the citizens, which arose in connection withdiscrepancies between the actual cost of heating energy and the tariffs.
The law was adopted with consideration of proposals of the Committee on Budget.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11396.
“To Amend the Tax Code of Ukraine” (re excise duty on substances used as components of motor fuels)
The law includes crude coal benzene and technical methanol (methyl alcohol) into the group of excisable goods.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11395.
“On Agricultural Receipts”
The Law regulates relations arising in the process of formulation, issuance, circulation and implementation of agricultural receipts; stipulates the order of its registration and aims at creating legal, economic, and organizational conditions for functioning of these documents.
The Law suggests determining that the agricultural receipt is a document that establishes an unconditional obligation of the debtor to supply the specified in the document agricultural production, its quality, quantity, place and date of delivery according to the receipt.

“To Amend the Law of Ukraine "On Promoting Development of Domestic Agricultural Machine Building" (re Favorable Treatment of Domestic Machine Building Enterprises)
The law strengthens financial support of economic entities subject to the applicable law, proposing legal and organizational actions to develop domestic agricultural machine building and support leasing operations related to the purchase of equipment.
The law also establishes unlimited effect of particular forms of governmental promotion of the sectoral development.

“To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of the Law “On Free Legal Assistance”
The Law amends twenty legislative acts of Ukraine bringing them in line with the provisions of the Law “On Free Legal Assistance”
The respective bill was registered under No. 9496.
“To amend the Law of Ukraine “On Customs Tariff of Ukraine” (re bringing the import fees into conformance with WTO criteria)
The Law brings the import fees for certain types of goods into conformance with the level determined by the Schedule of tariff obligations of Ukraine to WTO.
Overall, nearly 100 commodity codes on 10 labels, according to Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (УКТЗЕД), have been changes.

“On the All-Ukrainian Referendum”
The Law was adopted in the version of the first reading.
According to the Law, all-Ukrainian referendum is one of the forms of direct democracy; the way of exercising power by Ukrainian people that lies in taking (adopting) decisions of national significance through secret voting.
Any issues, except those resolving of which is prohibited by the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine are the subject of all-Ukrainian referendum.
The Law includs the provision according to which, citizens of Ukraine who have turned eighteen on the election day, have the right to vote. Citizens of Ukraine entitled to vote are the participants of all-Ukrainian referendum. The participant of all-Ukrainian referendum exercises his/her right to vote during all-Ukrainian referendum in the order established by this law.
According to the document, any restrictions of citizens’ rights are prohibited.

“To amend Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”
The Law aims at standardizing the organization and procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine operation.
The Law was adopted with consideration of proposals in regard to: the order of considering issues during plenary meetings of the first meeting of the newly elected Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; conditions for creating deputy factions and groups; the issue pertaining to the possibility of raising the question of resignation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights by 120 people’s deputies was being removed.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11335.

22 deputy inquiries were voiced.
A number of legislative documents were recommitted and rejected.
