The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation adopted the decision by results of the round table discussion “To explore issues of ecological state of the river basins of Oril River in Dnipropetrovsk region and Tyasmyn River in Cherkasy region”

By results of discussion the following decisions were adopted:

to legislatively settle the issue of water resources lease and ensure introduction of sanitary drainage systems;

to use financial and organizational opportunities of national targeted program for the development of water resources and ecological rehabilitation of the Dnipro River basin for the period until 2021;

to amend the Water Code of Ukraine in order to use water resource funds exclusively for conservation and preservation of water resources, etc.
