The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation upholds the bill to mend article 374 of the Customs Code of Ukraine (re social protection of Chornobyl disaster liquidators)

To make transport vehicles available for disabled persons, determined in clauses 1 and 2 of article 14 of the Law “On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens that Suffered from Chornobyl Disasrer” and articles 5-7 of the Law “On the Status of War Veterans and Guarantees of Their Social Protection”, the bill (Reg. No. 11293) exempts transport vehicles imported by the determined categories of people from import customs.
