The Committee on Judicial Policy declared that the bill to amend the Law “On Population Self-Organization Bodies” (re increasing the status, updating and operation optimization) corresponds to the Constitution of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 11009) suggests amending articles 14, 15, 17, 22, and 25 of the Law “On Population Self-Organization Bodies” granting heads of population self-organization bodies additional authorities to settle the issues of housing and communal services.

The Committee concluded that the legislative initiative corresponds to the Constitution of Ukraine. Particularly to the article 7, part two of article 19, part 6 of article 140, clause 15 of part one of article 92, and article 146 of the Main Law.
