A comprehensive approach to implementation of Program measures and creation of anti-flood system were not secured.
At present, the abovementioned Program is a component of the National Target Program for Development of Water Economy and Environmental Sanitation of Dnipro basin for the period until 2021.
By results of discussion, the Committee took the decision to take into consideration the information of the Counting Chamber on the results of auditing the state of performance of the Program of Comprehensive Anti-Flood Protection of Tysa River Basis in Zakarpattia region.
The Cabinet of Ministers is recommended to stipulate costs for implementation of the National Target Program for Development of Water Economy and Environmental Sanitation of Dnipro basin for the period until 2021 while preparing the bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013.
