The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” (re financing of combined-cycle power plant construction in Shcholkine town of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea)

The Law was elaborated to create conditions to realize the project of combined-cycle power plant construction in Shcholkine town (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea), as well as develop electricity and gas network supply in the eastern part of Crimea. According to the explanatory note, such project requires USD 1.25 billion.

The Law stipulates amending article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012”.

The respective bill was registered under No. 11342.
