The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend the Land Code of Ukraine (re circulation of agricultural land)

The bill (Reg. No.11315) prohibits introducing the right to land plot (share) to statutory assets of economic communities until the law on circulation of agricultural land comes into force.

The bill stipulates also introduction of moratorium in certain cases of purchase-sale of land plots until the law on circulation of agricultural land comes into force.
