The ratified Agreement stipulates relief of executors of projects to increase nuclear safety of Chornobyl NPP, from countries financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from the Nuclear Safety Account under the Grant Agreement (Nuclear Safety Project for Chornobyl NPP) that are not members of the Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage (of May 21, 1963) and Joint Protocol Relating to the Application of the Vienna Convention and the Paris Convention (of September 21, 1988), from responsibility for nuclear damage.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0280.
