The law suggests adopt amendments to the Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and Contiguous Atlantic Area, adopted during the fourth session of the Meeting of the Parties. The Agreement was adopted on November 9-12, 2010 in Monaco.
These amendments change the previous title of the Agreement (“Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and Contiguous Atlantic Area”) and specify some of its provisions (geographic scope of this Agreement, the notion of “sub region”, and the conditions of habitat protection, etc.).
The respective bill was registered under No. 0278.
