The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To Ratify the Protocol on Sustainable Forest Management to the Framework Convention on the Protection and Sustainable Development of the Carpathians”

The Protocol is a component of the abovementioned convention, and ensures further reinforcement and efficiency of measures for preservation, recreation and sustainable use of forests in the Carpathian region.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0270.
