The bill (Reg. No. 11082), submitted by people’s deputy V. Sushkevych, supplements the current list of laws determining the procedure of pension provision for separate categories of population that receive an increased pension and pay increased single contribution, indicated in part 9 of article 8 of the Law “On collection and recording of single contributions to mandatory social insurance”, with the laws “On diplomatic service”, “On forensic inquiry”, “On court system and the status of judges”, and “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, as well as the Tax Code to settle the issues of paying increased amount of single contributions by recipients of pensions granted under the abovementioned laws.

Members of the Committee supported the bill, the adoption of which would facilitate improvement of norms of the Law “On collection and recording of single contributions to mandatory social insurance” by determining single approach in the part of specification of the list of persons paying single contribution in the amount of 6.1 per cent, as well as ensuring equal rights and obligations to all persons receiving pensions following the procedure and under the conditions of the Law “On the State Service”.
