The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding performance of production sharing agreements”

The law is aimed at improvement of legislation regarding production sharing agreements and adjacent spheres to provide for favorable investment climate for investor?s activity under production sharing agreements. Implementation of the norms of the bill will increase the efficiency of attracting private investments in extractive sector in Ukraine.

The respective bill was registered under No. 11213.
