The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re payment of court fee)

The bill (Reg. No. 11183) is aimed at improvement of provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine by introducing court fee in cases on administrative violations, and determination of rates of such court fees, as well as correction of certain court fees collected for filing claims and other applications stipulated by the procedural legislation.
