The law aims at increasing the effectiveness of state debt management and liquidating single fiscal accounting.
The law amends article 16 of the State Budget of Ukraine to entitle the Government to use the debt instruments, including the right to increase the amount of state borrowings if there is a need to cover temporary cash budget shortages to maintain the implementation of social and economic development programs.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11220.
