The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re protection of children’s right to safe information space)

The bill (Reg. No. 8711) amends a number of current laws to prohibit promotion of homosexuality, production and distribution of products promoting homosexuality, and determine criminal responsibility for respective actions. In addition, the bill contains the norm on responsibility for distribution of goods promoting homosexuality.
