The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend the Law "On State Procurement" (re change of competition conditions)

The bill (Reg. No. 11100) amends part 2 of article 16 of the Law "On State Procurement" and proposes determining new temporary qualifying criteria for tender participants by December 31, 2015.
