The bill (Reg. No. 11010), submitted by people’s deputies Yu. Moroko and V. Korzh, suggests supplementing the Law “On Telecommunications” with provision stipulating the possibility to involve the Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies to state supervision over telecommunications market upon request of the Head of the National Commission Regulating the Sphere of Telecommunications and Informatization. In addition, the bill stipulates amendment of the Law “On Radio Frequency Resource in Ukraine”  regarding determination of radio frequency resource of Ukraine as a technically limited resource and introduction of radio frequency monitoring of all radio frequency assignments at least once a month.

Members of the Committee supported the bill, the adoption of which would increase the efficiency of state supervision in the sphere of telecommunications and radio frequency monitoring.
