The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend the Land Code of Ukraine regarding acquisition of title to land

The bill (Reg. No. 11128) is elaborated to determine legislatively equal possibilities for acquiring title to land plots from the land of state and communal ownership by legal entities established under the legislation of Ukraine and other states.

Members of the Committee believe that adoption of the bill will allow for improvement of land legislation, and have positive influence on social and economic development of the state, as well as improve the investment climate in the regions.
