The document presupposes that 2013 should be declared the Year of Mykola Amosov in medicine.
The Resolution contains recommendations to the Government, the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the M. M. Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, the O. O. Bohomolets National Medical University, and other medical institutions connected with cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, as well as to the State Committee for TV and Radio Broadcasting, and the State Film Agency of Ukraine concerning the measures to be taken to celebrate the anniversary.
The document contains also proposals for the National Bank of Ukraine and the State Postal Services Enterprise "Ukrposhta".
