The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill "To amend article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On Procedural and Institutional Principles of Organized Crime Control" (re simplification of licensing of currency operations)

The bill (Reg. No. 10709) is aimed at minimizing the influence of law enforcement bodies and termination of the functions that are not characteristic for them in the process of issuing licenses for foreign currency operations by the National Bank of Ukraine.
