The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend the Laws "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" and "On Central Executive Bodies" (re activity of ministries and central executive bodies)

The bill (Reg. No. 10457) stipulates legislative determination of the powers of the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the operational plans of the ministries main administrators of state budget funds for the planning period and two subsequent budget periods; to determine the procedure of elaboration and implementation of such plans; as well as to include into the minister?s powers the right to submit such plans for approval by the Cabinet of Ministers.
