The bill (Reg. No. 9733) amends the Law "On Consumer Protection" by specifying the responsibility for selling prohibited products and determining the procedure of handling products that were withdrawn from circulation under the Law "On Withdrawal from Circulation, Recycling, reclamation, disposal or further use of unsatisfactory or dangerous products".
In addition, part one of article 22 "Final Provisions" of the Law "On Main Principles of State Supervision (Control) in Economic Activity" shall be supplemented by clause 1-2.
