The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend the Code of Administrative Violations of Ukraine regarding settlement of issues making administrative sanctions impossible

The bill introduces changes into a number of articles of Chapter IV of the Code of Administrative Violations of Ukraine that presuppose the possibility of replacing sanctions in the form of community service and correctional labor by other kinds of sanctions (fines or administrative arrest).

The respective bill was registered under No. 10429.
