The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill on agricultural receipts

The bill (Reg.No.9610) suggests determining that the agricultural receipt is a document that establishes an unconditional obligation of the debtor to supply the specified in the document agricultural production, its quality, quantity, place and date of delivery according to the receipt.
