The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend several legislative acts (re deregulation of economic activity of land surveying and land appraisal)

The main aim of the bill (Reg. No. 11131) is to create legal possibilities for performance of tasks set by the National Action Plan for 2012 to deregulate economic activity in the spheres of land surveying and land appraisal and cancel licensing of economic activity in the abovementioned spheres with introduction of a new and more liberal model of state regulation on the basis of certification.
