The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the bill to amend the Criminal Code of Ukraine (re fighting bribery)

The bill (Reg. No. 9749), submitted by people?s deputy A. Hrytsenko, strengthens the responsibility for corrupt practices, including bribery.

Members of the Committee supported the bill whose adoption would improve the mechanism of bearing responsibility for crimes connected with corruption.
