The bill (Reg. No. 10526) amends article 39 "Natural resources of national and local importance" of the Law "On Environment Protection" to include into the inventory of natural resources of national importance "lands (land plots) within agricultural and forestry lands" and exclude clause "e" of part one of this article "forest resources of national importance" from the inventory.

The Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat does not support the law and believes that it would be reasonable to leave article 39 of the abovementioned law unchanged.
