The Organized Crime Control and Anti-Corruption Committee upholds the draft Law "On Ratification of the Agreement on Co-operation of Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Struggle against Trafficking in Human beings, Human Organs and Tissues"

The document (Reg.No.0267) was developed by the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs taking in consideration the conclusion of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to ratify the Agreement on co-operation of member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States in struggle against trafficking in human beings, human organs and tissues.

The provisions of the Agreement stipulate adoption of joint and complex measures of legal, social and economic, informational character to fight human trafficking; protect victims of human trafficking and maintain their rehabilitation.
