The bill (Reg. No. 10131) improves state regulation in the sphere of urban development.

The Committee secretariat informed that 12 suggestions were received while preparing the bill for the second reading, 9 of which were taken into account fully or in edited version.

The bill specifies that licensing is applicable only "to the economic operations connected with the construction of an architectural objects of to ІV V categories of complexity and (or) engineering equipment of ІV V categories of complexity. The Cabinet of Ministers shall set the licensing procedure and establish the fee for the issue of a license or its copy".
